Sachem North Wall Ball  This is the wall ball routine used by Sachem North. We want our kids to do this at least once a week during the off season. Better results will be attained if you do it more. Weather you're an advanced player or new, wall ball never goes out of style. Find a flat, smooth wall and you're in business. You can also use a commercial lax wall. Stand approx. 5 yds away. This should take approx. 20 minutes to do. |

Tentative Summer Tournaments These are summer tournaments we are planning on attending. As of this writing, NJ Shootout is going to be scratched. We hope to go to Lehigh that weekend instead. As we get confirmation from tournament directors we will post them on the calendar |
